Parenting children is something that we are raised to believe should be innate.  But the truth is, it’s anything but.  We parent based on how we were parented, either through modeling our parents or through making sure we are nothing like them.  We take on society’s views & beliefs regarding parenting and we also have our own childhood trauma that is added to the equation.  Join me and Parent Coach Darlynn Childress where we discuss all things mental health when it comes to parenting and our relationship with our children.
