140. The Truth About Friendship

Friendship.  It’s something that sometimes can fill us up but also can sometimes make us question our own self-worth.  Why is making friends as an adult so difficult?  Is there something innate in some of us that makes us un-friendable?  The answer is no.  Of course not.  But that might not be how you truly feel and i want to help you think about this in a whole new way.  Listen in.  I am sharing how this shows up for me and exactly how I deal with it.
