This TikTok trend for Demure and Mindful seems like just a fun little trend.  But it’s actually perpetuating a female stereotype that you are going to want to distance yourself from with a 10 foot pole.  You don’t need to be more demure, or polite, or ladylike.  You do want to know how to be strong and capable to actually enjoy your life while you get to be yourself.  Give me 10 minutes to change how you think about yourself and watch your life change exponentially.  You deserve a big and strong life.
