75. Emotional Workload

As women, we carry an enormous emotional workload.  The truth  is, the world expects us to be perfect and also to show up for everyone else perfectly.  We take on all of the roles and responsibilities for both women AND men.  We are the everything in our lives, and we are drowning under the heavy responsibility.   Today I’m going to explain why this is so damaging and how to fix it.
