A lot of the things we believe about ourselves are things that we have been told and things that we have been taught. Our beliefs about ourselves are powerful, and many of us remain unaware of the beliefs we carry and how they affect us. If you are a neurodivergent leader, I would be willing to bet that you have some beliefs right now that you probably want to look at asap.
