Do you set goals or New Year’s Resolutions? I love goal setting, but I do not love setting goals to prove my worth and that’s what a lot of us end up doing. It’s time to change how we look at and set goals if we want our lives to start feeling purposeful and fun. I’m teaching about decreasing pressure and increasing your fun. Let’s set some anti-resolutions.
