We all have heard that setting goals is the what creates success, but so many of us are resistant to doing it. Guess what? It’s not because you have a character flaw or personality problem. Trauma plays a big role in not being able to set or maintain goals. The reason why goal setting might feel like setting yourself on fire could be because of what happened to you in your past. But that doesn’t mean goal setting isn’t for you, it just means we need to approach it differently.
