I spent years of my life and multiple thousands of dollars trying to “fix” what was “wrong with me”, until I realised that there actually was NOTHING wrong with me. When I started working WITH my brain, everything else in my life just fell into place. Not only did I feel way less stress & anxiety, I also began purposefully creating results that I WANTED in my life. Now I’ve helped hundreds of other women do the same.
Too many of us get labelled with some sort of disorder and then start believing: “This is what is wrong with me”. And then we think the only way to happiness is to fix that thing. Which becomes impossible, because how do we fix how and who we are? But what if that’s not the truth? What if that’s not the truth about you? What if that’s not the truth about what’s possible for you? I am going to argue that it isn’t the truth. Instead of fixing yourself, it can be life changing to simply meet yourself where you are actually at. When we drop the judgement and lean into self-love, life get’s infinitely better. I can’t wait to tell you all about it.
